COVID-19 UPDATE

As a family-owned business since 1988, we have always had a vision to enhance our customer’s lives and well-being. We share your concern for the health and safety of your loved ones during the current COVID-19 outbreak and the one thing that remains unchanged is our commitment and priority to keeping you and our associates safe.

We are closely following the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health officials and are actively monitoring the situation to look for areas to increase precaution.

That being said, we are carefully and continuously preparing for a safe visit to our stores and distribution center by:

  • Increasing our already frequent disinfecting all commonly touched areas, including door handles, restrooms and computers.
  • Boosted the supply of hand sanitizing gels and wipes.
  • Additionally, we are re-training our Sales Associates to practice heightened health measures, including regular hand washing, social distancing and staying at home when feeling sick.
  • Added safety protocols to home delivery including required hand sanitizer use among associates and alternatives to proof-of-delivery signatures. We are providing all drivers with gloves and footwear covers. We are also ensuring our drivers are healthy and disinfecting all delivery trucks daily and between stops. Our associates are working non-stop to ensure on-time delivery of your purchases. We are happy to provide our usual full-service in-home delivery and set-up. Or, if you would prefer to have your purchases delivered and dropped at your front door in boxes, please contact the store location that you purchased your furniture.
  • If you are not feeling up to a store visit, you can also access our furniture, mattresses and accessories online at our website. If you need assistance, you may reach our associates by phone at any of our locations.

Delivery Options for Our Customers During Complicated Times

Full-Service Home Deliveries - This includes all furniture built and set up in your home, with removal of packaging and old bedding. The fee is $99 for most select areas. See our stores for other areas of delivery. Our full-service delivery includes free delivery for one year for all purchases over $750.
We are taking extra care and training to our delivery crew to use disposable gloves, footwear covers, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for each delivery. They will regularly clean commonly touched areas in their trucks, such as steering wheels, dashboards and door latches. We have reminded delivery crews of good hygiene practices and to stay home if they are sick.

Doorway Delivery - For those customers who would prefer not to have delivery crews enter their homes during this time, we are now offering “Doorway Delivery”. This gives you the option to have your merchandise dropped outside your home or in the first entry point of your home, including your garage. This fee is ½ the cost of the full-service delivery.

We will continue to monitor regional and national regulations and adjust to their recommendations. Our hearts go out to all of our customers and associates during this stressful times. Please stay safe.
