The Furniture Warehouse Power, Frames, Mechanisms, and Adjustable Beds Protection Plan provides 5 year coverage of Power, Frame, Mechanisms, and Adjustable bases. Don’t worry about a mechanical failing. Instead, rest easy knowing your purchase is protected.
Congratulations on your new furniture and the decision to protect your new furniture with the Furniture Warehouse protection programs. We want you to enjoy your new furniture investment for years to come without the fear of accidents or mechanical failures.
The Furniture Warehouse will issue a $100 bonus credit if there are no claims processed through the life of the protection period. This $100 bonus credit can be used on the purchase of $500 or more before tax and delivery and will be issued at the end of the protection program.
When your protection program expires, your coupon can be redeemed up to 90 days from your program expiration date.
This service agreement applies only to new, residential furniture. Coverage begins on the date of delivery and furniture must be delivered stain and damage free. This service agreement is non-transferable, non-renewable, and applies only to the original item and owner, the original place of delivery. Furniture Warehouse Accident Shield Protection and Furniture Warehouse Power, Frames, Mechanisms and Adjustable Beds policies have the option to repair or replace your furniture or refund the purchase price of this service agreement. Any replacements required the furniture to be returned by the customer from the original place of purchase at the customer expense. If staining or damage from normal household use occurs, we will attempt to send a technician to remove the stain or repair the affected area. All refunds will be prorated according to duration of warranty period. Leather warranty requires customers to properly maintain their furniture with leather conditioner and cleaner. Free refills can be obtained at any of The Furniture Warehouse stores. Conditioner and cleaner are a combined application. The coverage listed is the coverage provided by this service agreement. Anything not listed is an exclusion.
This warranty does not apply to normal soiling from everyday use, rental, commercial use, or in home Day Care business, acts of God, intentional acts, human perspiration, human hair/body oils (stains from hair and body oil are considered normal soiling), neglect, abuse or misuse, animal damage, odors, stains caused by incontinence, medications and vitamins, accumulated stains or damage, multiple stains or damage, unknown stains or damage, manufacturer defects, pre-existing stained or damaged furniture, dye lot or texture variations, cleaning prior to calling customer service, stitching or binding, seam separation, fraying, non-colorfast materials, furniture in storage, furniture in transit, or damage caused by improper in-home movement, and improper fabric protection application by customer.
NOTE: Falsified information will void this service agreement. Customer may be responsible for any charges for missed appointments for service, if prior arrangements have not been made accordingly.
This Warranty does not cover service, maintenance, repair, or replacement necessitated by any loss or damage resulting from any cause other than Residential usage, such as but not limited to, loss or damage due to misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs by others, collision with any object, loss or damage resulting from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance or inspection, add-on products or accessories, furniture used outdoors, attachments, rust, corrosion, battery leakage, sand, dirt, insect infestation, damage caused by acts of God, negligence, or any other peril. Any breach of implied or expressed warranty of merchantability or fitness of the furniture from the manufacturer or retailer. Initial or subsequent installation, assembly or hookup of your furniture is not covered unless installed by us. Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including loss or damage to person or property, arising, from the use of, or inability to use, or from the repair or replacement of the Furniture. Finally, service where no problems are found other than noises or squeaks are not covered.
