Thank you for shopping with The Furniture Warehouse. These Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) describe how we use text messaging (SMS/MMS) to communicate with our customers regarding orders, deliveries, and optional promotions.

By providing your mobile number to The Furniture Warehouse (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to receive text messages from us according to the terms below.

1. Purpose of Messaging

Our text messaging program serves two purposes:

a. Transactional & Service Messages (Required)

These messages are essential for completing your purchase, coordinating deliveries, and providing important updates such as:

• Order confirmations
• Invoices and payment confirmations
• Delivery scheduling, reminders, and rescheduling coordination
• Delivery confirmations and service follow-ups

Customers must provide a valid SMS-capable mobile number when making a purchase or scheduling delivery. Because these communications are necessary to fulfill your order, you cannot opt out of these transactional messages while an order or delivery is active.

If you refuse all text communication, we may be unable to process or deliver your order until contact is re-established.

b. Promotional & Marketing Messages (Optional)

Customers may also opt in to receive occasional promotional messages such as:

• Limited-time sales or offers
• New product announcements
• Seasonal or holiday promotions

Promotional messages are entirely optional. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any promotional message.

2. Opt-Out and Help Instructions

• To stop receiving promotional messages, reply STOP to any text from us.
• For help or support, reply HELP or contact our Customer Service team: (941) 359-2255

After you text STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you are opt-out. You will continue to receive required transactional messages related to active orders or deliveries.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency depends on your order and delivery activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Consent

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional messages necessary to fulfill your purchase. Consent for promotional messaging is separate and optional. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of sale for promotional communications.

5. Eligibility

You must be the mobile account holder (or have authorization from the account holder) and at least 18 years old to participate.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
